- How much does shipping cost?
- Normally all shipping is FREE.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping. We also offer express shipping for $10 and overnight shipping for $15.
- How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days within the US. Overnight shipping takes 1 business day within the US.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online.
Returns
- What is your return policy?
- We want you to love what you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- How do I return an item?
- To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form that came with your order and include it in the package with the item(s) you want to return.
- Attach the prepaid return label that came with your order to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup online.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

- Yes, we use SSL encryption technology to protect your payment information. We do not store or share your credit card details with anyone.
- Do you charge sales tax?
- We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to California and New York.

- How do I know what size to order?
- We have a size guide on each product page that shows the measurements and fit of our clothing. You can also use our size finder tool to get personalized size recommendations based on your measurements and preferences.
- How do I care for my clothing?
- We recommend that you follow the care instructions on the label of each item. In general, you should wash your clothing in cold water, inside out, and with similar colors. You should also avoid using bleach, tumble drying, or ironing your clothing.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be emailed to the recipient or printed out. You can choose the amount and the design of the gift card and add a personal message. You can purchase a gift card.
